JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate and Senior level positions available with experience in earth moving, grading, roadwork, concrete and buried utilities projects working in Edmonton and Fort McMurray.
- Assists in bid preparation.
- Facilitates meetings with stakeholders.
- Oversees job cost controls.
- Oversees best combined utilization of material, equipment, labour and subcontractors.
- Identifies changes in scope of job and negotiates additional contracts.
- Oversees project close-out.
- Manages company Safety and Quality Control Programs on site.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good computer skills.
- This is a full time permanent position.

JOB TITLE: GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a background in earthmoving.
- Must have at least 10 years experience as a Superintendent.
- Knowledge of site preparation, road building and underground utilities is essential.
- Reports to the Construction Manager(s).
- Oversees a number of Projects.
- Oversees labour and equipment utilization on assigned Project(s).
- Supervises all Superintendents on assigned Project(s).
- Recommends potential Superintendents from existing foremen.
- Reports progress of Project(s) to Construction Manager(s).
- May assist Site Superintendent(s) with requests for personnel and equipment for the Project(s).
- Responsible for all other areas so designated by the Operations Manager and Construction Manager(s).
- This is a full time, permanent position.

JOB TITLE:PROJECT ENGINEERING STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate and Senior level positions available with experience in earth moving, grading, roadwork, concrete and buried utilities projects working in Edmonton and Fort McMurray.
- Technical training (CET/ P.Eng) and/or related experience with 3 – 10 years project engineering experience depending on position.
- High level of computer literacy is required.
- Excellent decision making, leadership and planning skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Innovative problem solving skills.

JOB TITLE:SITE SUPERINTENDENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate & Senior positions available.
- Must have a background in earthmoving.
- Must have at least 5 to 10 years experience as a Superintendent.
- Knowledge of site preparation, road building and u/g utilities is essential.
- Reports to the General Superintendent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible for supervision and coordination of all daily project activities.
- Oversees and checks daily LEM data.
- Provides and monitors daily project production schedule and reports this to General Superintendent.
- Monitors all aspects of job site safety and company practices and procedures.
- Recommends potential foremen from existing crew.
- Responsible for all other areas so designated by the Construction Manager(s) and General Superintendent.
- This is a full time permanent position.
